Payment methods & paying in cash
We accept credit/debit cards on the website and PayPal. Cash is possible only when explicitly stated in the tour description. Most tours require a 10% prepayment to secure your spot.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Refunds are available if cancellation is made within 24 hours after purchase. After that window, bookings are non-refundable unless the tour is canceled by the operator.
What languages do guides speak?
We always offer English and Spanish. We frequently have French, Portuguese, and Italian as well. Ask us if you need another language—availability may vary by date.
Do you strictly follow the itinerary?
Yes—our guides follow the published itinerary. Minor adjustments may occur due to traffic, weather, or site regulations to keep the day running smoothly.
What’s included in the price?

Do you offer hotel pickup & drop-off?
Yes, within designated zones listed on each tour. If your address is outside the zone, we’ll share the nearest meeting point after booking.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection (hat, SPF, sunglasses), a refillable water bottle, and local currency for personal expenses. Bring swimwear and a towel for cenotes or beaches.
Accessibility & age restrictions

What if the weather is bad?
Tours run rain or shine — with your safety first. We go even in stormy weather to make the adventure unforgettable; if conditions turn severe or sites close, we’ll reschedule, offer an alternative, or refund if the operator cancels.
